As a philosophy, I believe in paying it forward. Meaning that, if I am further along in my journey in any aspect of my life or business, the least I can do is share that knowledge with others to help them navigate their own journeys. Because of this, I honestly can’t keep myself from sharing information. Whether it is advising someone in personal financial matters, helping someone navigate the emotional impact of personal loss or advising businesses on the best methods to achieve intended outcomes/avoid certain exposures. I see all of those as problems I can potentially solve or help others solve for themselves and I absolutely LOVE doing it!

I have carried that personal philosophy with me throughout my 24 years in the supply chain industry, which has enabled me to accumulate career experience that spans the entire spectrum from initial sales engagement to ongoing client management. As a seasoned supply chain leader, I’ve evaluated and optimized over 500 distinct company supply chains across a wide array of industries, emphasizing attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. Leveraging a rare combination of sales acumen and an engineering mindset allows me to garner trust, while still challenging the status quo, and bringing creative solutions to complex problems.

My innovative mindset, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification makes me extremely effective in strategic planning, multi modal optimization, and process improvement.

My passion for knowledge sharing is also present in the mentorship, leadership & change management aspects of my experience. I have successfully led teams, mentored talent, and inspired change across individual departments and broad organizations.
